Staff at Ethisys are offered a wide range of incentive schemes, whilst new schemes are constantly developed, there are presently seven schemes available:

Our staff are encouraged to recognise each other through our rewards programme. Ethicoins are shared amongst staff as a means to recognise their achievements each month. These achievements are mapped against our OKRs and three pillars of success – Excellence in customer services, Excellence in our products and Excellence as an employer.
2. Ethisys CoreConnect Incentive
As Ethisys iteratively build our own internal productivity software to increase efficiency and automation of all business processes, employees are offered an opportunity to receive commission when these products are also released for public consumption. This allows those with an entrepreneurial frame of mind, to be granted a business opportunity.
3. Ethisys Pathways
We want our workplace to be a place of career opportunity and progression. Through mentorship and frequent employee support, the Ethisys Pathways scheme enables staff to identify careers and goals they would like to achieve, and then work towards their chosen career paths with our support.
4. Ethisys Bonus Boost
Bonus boost pays a commission to any staff that have recognised sales opportunities or areas for improvement with current clients. This fosters an excellent relationship with clients, maintaining quality standards and rewarding members who identify areas of weakness.
5. Ethisys EcoWheels

6. Ethisys Healthcare
All staff receive a comprehensive health care package from our supplier AXA. This package is one of the most premium packages available, as we offer the highest standards regarding health care for our workforce.
7. Ethisys Endurance Rewards
Encouraging those who are assigned to clients for the long term, Ethisys hold a wide range of product assets (such as modes of EV transport, consoles, drones) that are distributed to staff who have served the longest with a client. Upon a 12 month milestone, our staff can keep the product.
