Helping Organisations Embrace Intelligent Transformation
Ethisys has officially relaunched as a next-generation AI consultancy and innovation partner – built to help clients transition into the AI era with confidence, efficiency, and strategic clarity. But we haven’t left our roots behind.
We still design and deliver high-quality digital products, platforms, and software systems – just as we always have. What’s changed is how intelligently we do it.
AI Is Changing Everything – We’re Built for It
While many businesses are still exploring how to adapt, Ethisys has already restructured around AI at every level. We’ve created new roles, reinvented our operating model, and built an internal innovation engine to keep pace with rapid change – and now, we’re helping others do the same.
Our clients don’t just get advice. They get a delivery partner who’s already doing the work.
A New Kind of Organisation, Ready for a New Kind of World
AI isn’t just a bolt-on – it redefines how businesses operate. At Ethisys, we’ve embraced this by:
- Establishing a Digital Transformation & Innovation department (DTI) at the core of the business
- Creating new AI-first roles and structures that complement our existing technical capabilities
- Aligning all departments under our three strategic pillars – Product, Culture, and Customer Services – designed for agility, automation, and scale
- Building Core Connect since 2024, our in-house platform for automation, knowledge management, and delivery acceleration
- Deploying our own in-house AI agent
We’re building the same intelligent infrastructure internally that we continue to deliver externally – as both a software agency and an AI partner.
Meet Corey: Our AI Team Member
At Ethisys, we haven’t just added AI – we’ve hired it.
Corey is our in-house AI agent, built as part of Core Connect.
He’s not a tool – he’s a working member of the team.
Corey knows our internal processes, documentation, and systems. He acts by:
- Handling routine tasks
- Sharing knowledge
- Surfacing insights
- Triggering automations
- Supporting staff across pods and sub-units
For us, Corey represents what’s possible when AI is treated as a strategic colleague – and now, we’re helping clients build their own “Coreys” too.
