Ethisys Achieves Twilio Gold Partner Status for 2026
We’re pleased to share that Ethisys has been awarded Twilio Gold Partner status for 2026, as part of the newly launched Twilio Partner Connection Program.
This recognition reflects the momentum we’ve built with Twilio and Segment over the past year – from joint planning and delivery, to helping organisations design and operate customer platforms that are scalable, data-led, and fit for long-term change.
One Twilio. One Ecosystem.
From February 2026, Twilio will bring its partner ecosystem together under a single, unified program – combining Twilio and Segment partners into one streamlined experience.
This move aligns strongly with how we already work with clients:
breaking down platform silos, designing composable architectures, and ensuring data, communications, and experience platforms work together as a coherent system rather than disconnected tools.
What Gold Partner Status Means
Gold status recognises partners who demonstrate:
Consistent delivery quality and customer impact
Strong technical capability across the Twilio and Segment ecosystem
Strategic alignment with how organisations are evolving their customer platform
For our clients, this means earlier access to enablement, deeper collaboration with Twilio teams, and continued investment in certifications, architecture patterns, and delivery standards.
About Twilio
Twilio and Segment are powerful components within a modern, composable digital platform, particularly where customer data, real-time engagement, and communications need to operate seamlessly together. Our role is to ensure these tools are selected, integrated, and governed in a way that supports long-term business goals – not short-term platform decisions.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As the new Partner Connection Program goes live on 19 February 2026, we’re looking forward to continuing our work with Twilio, Segment, and our clients to deliver customer platforms that are:
Composable and adaptable
Data-led and insight-driven
Secure, scalable, and enterprise-read
If you’re rethinking your customer data, communications, or digital experience architecture, or looking to reduce complexity across your existing stack, we’d be happy to talk.
