Ethisys Awarded a Place on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 Framework
We’re pleased to share that Ethisys has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7) Framework, following the successful completion of the standstill period.
DOS7 is a key UK Government procurement framework that enables public sector organisations to access trusted suppliers for complex digital delivery, transformation, and specialist services. The framework will go live in Spring 2026, once all onboarding steps are complete.
What DOS7 Represents
Being awarded a place on DOS7 is not a simple registration exercise. Suppliers are assessed against stringent criteria covering:
- Technical capability and delivery experience
- Governance, security, and compliance
- Commercial transparency and financial stability
- Evidence of successful outcomes in complex digital programmes
Inclusion on the framework reflects confidence in our ability to support public sector organisations delivering high-impact digital services.
What This Means for Public Sector Buyers
For public sector teams, DOS7 provides a faster, compliant route to market for digital services – without the overhead of running a full procurement exercise from scratch.
Through DOS7, buyers can engage Ethisys for support across areas such as:
- Digital outcomes and service delivery
- Platform and architecture advisory
- Data, customer platforms, and integration
- Transformation programmes and specialist expertise
All within a procurement structure designed to reduce risk, increase transparency, and accelerate delivery.
How We Work
Our inclusion on DOS7 aligns with how we already support clients across central government, arms-length bodies, and regulated organisations.
We focus on:
- Clear outcomes over vendor dependency
- Composable, standards-based architectures
- Sustainable delivery models that work within public sector constraints
- Strong governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer
This ensures that services are not only delivered, but can be operated, evolved, and owned long after engagement ends.
Looking Ahead
As Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 goes live in Spring 2026, we look forward to working with public sector organisations to help deliver digital services that are:
- User-centred and outcome-driven
- Secure, resilient, and compliant
- Designed to evolve as needs change
If you’re planning upcoming digital work and would like to explore how DOS7 can support your programme, we’d be happy to talk.
