Ethisys receive ISO 9001 certification

In our ongoing efforts to drive the highest standards Ethisys have been awarded the ISO 9001 certificate for Quality Management. In achieving this standard, Ethisys have been able to demonstrate that their internal systems and management processes meet their customer requirements, enhancing satisfaction by the quality of our service and processes. The path to ISO 9001 certification has involved the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) that has formalised the our internal structures, procedures, policies and standards – all with the specific view to benefit clients through quality-augmented delivery of our products and services leading to enhanced stability – both within our organisation and as a result, a projection onto our clients themselves. ISO 9001 adds yet another layer of trust to the already solid foundations on which the relationships we hold with our clients are built. With this certification now secured, and with quality at the heart of everything we do, we aim to continue to move forward. We are now engaged in the process of attaining the ISO 27001 standard in Data Security. As we strive to work to the highest standards, to provide peace of mind and a service that’s ‘second to none’ for our associates and clients, Ethisys will continue to push to the next level in everything we do.
